A new ballet for Belfast, White Doves tells the story of the formation of the Peace People. Bringing audiences back to the summer of 1976, historic scenes are woven together by two white doves in a unique retelling of Belfast's past.Choreographed by Ruaidhrí Maguire, the production brings together internationally working dancers Leigh Alderson and Danila Marzilli with a cast of 28 pre-professional dancers from across the island. Amelia Clarkson's new score is performed live by an ensemble of local musicians, conducted by Jonathan Mann.
