Today, Standing with #RohingyaWomen: Nobel Women Delegation 2018, visited the Thyankhali refugee camp near Cox’s Bazar. Mairead Maguire & Ann Patterson from the Peace People heard from Rohingya women in the women’s spaces in the camp. There were many stories of violence, murder, and rape at the hands of the Myanmar army – but also the resilience of the Rohingya people as they fled from genocide.
