We appeal to the Irish Government to halt Gaza Genocide.

Today Dr Raied Al-Wasson and Gerry Grehan met with Laurence Simms to present him with an open letter written to the Irish Government. This letter is pleading with the Irish Government to invoke the Genocide Convention. A new ballet for Belfast, White Doves tells the story of the formation of the Peace People. Bringing audiences back to the summer of 1976, historic scenes are woven together by two white doves in a unique retelling of Belfast's past.Choreographed by Ruaidhrí Maguire, the production brings together internationally working dancers Leigh Alderson and Danila Marzilli with a cast of 28 pre-professional dancers from across the island. Amelia Clarkson's new score is performed live by an ensemble of local musicians, conducted by Jonathan Mann.

Press Release Re: Mikhael Gorbachev, Nobel Peace Laureate I am sad to learn of the death of Mikhael Gorbachev, on Tuesday 30th August, 2022. I had the honour of meeting him on several occasions at the Gorbachev Nobel Peace Summits. I never had the honour of meeting his beloved wife Raisa who died some years ago and who President Gorbachev missed and loved tenderly. I send my condolences to his daughter Irina, and family and friends and the Russian peoples, on the loss of Mikhael Gorbachev. President Gorbachev was a warmhearted and kind man with a vision of peace and nuclear disarmament and a belief that the cold war between the west and Russia could be changed by talking and friendship. NATO – The US dominated Global War Machine

Patrick Murphy’s column in the Irish News of l8/6/22 entitled ‘Pope’s comments may help avert global conflict’ are courageous and challenging. Courageous in that Ireland (and most of Europe) are caught up in Russia phobia and war propaganda being peddled by our main stream media and military industrial complex. Murphy quoted Pope Francis as saying that the war was ‘perhaps somehow either provoked or not prevented’. I think this statement hints towards the elephant in the room (NATO/US endless expansion). The US Peace Council of 12th May, 2022 (www.uspeacecouncil.com) describe the Ukraine as a US Manufactured Conflict and says ‘Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine could have been avoided if the US had not relentlessly provoked it.’ NATO – the US dominated Global War Machine whose policy is ‘full dominance spectrum’…
