Mairead Maguire giving the international peace day lecture at the national institute of research , in Athens while in Athens she had meetings with the regional governor of Attiki ms Rnadourou,she also went on to meet with the president of the Syriza party mr Alexis Tsipras, And the deputy minister of foreign affairs mr Akis Gerontopoulos ,these meetings were very productive ,she went on to meet with civil society she meet with the Mayor of Kontostavlos, And the people of The Lord Byron association building bridges and forming friendships with the Peace People of Ireland.
